Dismissive staff, spacious bed and marble-lined bathroom. The room was lovely sized, I loved that it included Wi-Fi, TV and terrace. The magnificent view on the sea. The pool was amazing and I had complimentary drinks in the lobby bar.

Wise staff, generous breakfast, impressive location. We were in the standard king room, it was very pretty. It took us 20 minutes to drive to this magnificent accommodation from the airport.

The hotel was clean and excellent, loved the extremely comfy beds. The staff was beautiful from my arrival up until I left. For breakfast there was continental with cereal, toast and slices of fresh bread to choose from. Ideal location, 15 minutes' walk to The Naples Preserve. It was a fine experience.

We were given a standard queen room, it was functional and heated. That was perfectly nice hotel set in commercial area.

I had PERFECTLY PLEASANT days staying at this all-inclusive hotel. Spotless, nice food and amicable staff. Fantastic view, a large balcony, nice bed, too. I appreciated early check in too.

Decent base for traveling to Naples and exploring local places. The room was absolutely fabulous, warm with a kingsize bed. Very gracious staff, well maintained pool.

I greatly enjoyed the central location plus the staff was always available. Adequate breakfast, superb service. Had hot drinks in the poolside bar. Had no problem using their ample parking, the internet was free.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy.
